WSET Stand at R72: 11am - Blind varietal tasting test with David Wrigley MW
1pm - Blind quality-level tasting test with David Hunter AIWS (Tues) or Michael Buriak AIWS (Weds/Thurs)
3pm - Blind sparkling tasting test with John Hart AIWS (Tues), Michael Buriak AIWS (Weds) or Gareth Lawrence AIWS (Thurs)
5pm (except Thurs) - Sweet wines tasting test with David Hunter AIWS
Distill F6: 12pm - Gin: An Introduction 2pm - Vodka: How Different Can Vodka Be? 4pm - Rum All tastings last around 30 minutes. To take part, just come along to the stall at the appropriate time.
